Why we made it
Across India, the shop counter, the coaching centre and the clinic reception all have one thing in common: a phone buzzing with WhatsApp. Customers prefer it. Owners already use it. But sending updates to a few hundred people by hand takes hours, and the bulk tools we tried were either expensive, complicated, or careless with people’s numbers.
So we built the tool we wanted: one that links the numbers you already have, sends at a calm, human pace, respects people who say STOP, and gives developers a clean API when they need one.
What we believe
Good messaging is permission-based. We would rather you send fewer, useful messages that people reply to than thousands that get ignored or reported. Every safety feature in Vivid Relay comes from that idea.
We are also honest about limits. Vivid Relay is not the official WhatsApp Business API, and no tool can promise a number will never be restricted. We tell you this up front so you can choose what is right for your business.
