No. Vivid Relay connects to your WhatsApp account the same way WhatsApp Web does, as a linked device. That means no template approval and no per-message fees from Meta, but it also means you must follow WhatsApp’s terms and message only people who expect to hear from you. For bank-grade OTPs we recommend the official Cloud API.
Can my number get banned?
Any number that sends unwanted messages can be restricted. Our warm-up, random delays, daily caps, timelock detection and STOP handling reduce that risk a lot, but nobody can honestly promise zero bans. Send to customers who have opted in and keep your content useful.
Do I need to keep my phone on?
No. Once linked, sending continues even if your phone is off. Open WhatsApp on the phone at least once every 14 days, or WhatsApp removes linked devices.
Can I use WhatsApp Business app numbers?
Yes. Both the regular WhatsApp app and the WhatsApp Business app work. Your business name and profile stay the same.
Do you store my chats or media?
The engine does not keep chat history and does not download incoming photos or documents. We keep what the panel needs to work: your contacts, campaigns, queue status and the media you upload yourself.
Can I run it on my own server?
Yes. With a self-hosted licence you install Vivid Relay on your own VPS with one command and all data stays on your machine. Ask us for a licence.
How do I pay?
